For riders: 2 rooms in private guest house, each with queen bed and private bath, cable & VCR. Shared refrigerator. Exercise room (if you didn't get enough in the field) and sauna; continental breakfast.
For horses: 12'x12' stalls with rubber mats; hot/cold heated wash stall; vacuum; trailer parking; 90'x180' ring; x-country field; bedding provided but bring hay and grain; turnout available.

Mayfair Farm Manakin-Sabot area near Deep Run Hunt. 12 x 12 stalls, pasture turn out, bedding and hay provided. $20.00 per stall per night. We will be participating at some of the Virginia Hunt Week meets, and can also offer horse trailering or trailer sharing. On premises: one bedroom cottage/apt. available for rent during VHW.
